1 1/4 c whole wheat pastry flour
1 t sea salt
2 T yeast
3/4 c sugar substitute
1/2 c margarine
1 c very hot tap water
2 egg substitutes
1-2 c whole wheat pastry flour
|Directions:||Combine 1 1/4 c flour, salt, yeast, sugar, margarine and water in large mixing bowl. Beat with electric mixer for 3 minutes. Add eggs and beat an additional 1 minute. Stir in flour to make a soft dough. Knead well. Shape as desired. Wrap and freeze for up to 6 weeks. To bake, remove from freezer and arrange on greased baking sheet. Let thaw and rise until double (about 3 hours). Bake at 375F until golden brown.
Small rolls thaw and rise more evenly than very large ones. Fruit fillings require more time to thaw than sugar fillings.
