Title:   Sixty Minute Rolls

1/2 c cold water
1 c scalded milk (soy, rice or almond)
2 T yeast
1/4 c margarine
3 T sugar substitute
1 t sea salt
3 1/2- 4 c bread flour
Directions:   Combine water and milk in large bowl. Add yeast, margarine, sugar, salt and 2 c flour and beat well with electric mixer. Stir in additional flour to make a soft dough. Knead well. Let rest for 10 minutes then shape as desired. let rise until double (about 30 minutes). Bake at 400F for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes:   3 dozen rolls
