Title:   Sopapillas

Ingredients:  
2 c whole wheat pastry flour
1 t baking powder
1 t sea salt
1 egg substitute
3 T vegetable oil
1/2 c water
Directions:   Combine egg, oil and water and add to dry ingredients. Stir to combine. Knead until smooth. Divide into two parts and roll each into a 12-inch square. Cut into 3 inch squares (16). Fry in 2 inches of fat (preheated to 375F) for 3 to 4 minutes, turning when golden brown. Drain well and serve with honey butter.
