Title:   Wheat Flakes
Category:   Breads - Clean (Only natural/organic ingredients), Vegetarian

2 c coarse-ground whole wheat
2 c water
1 t sea salt
Directions:   Mix lightly with spoon until free from lumps; avoid overmixing. Pour onto cookie sheet, using 1/2 c on a 12-15 inch sheet. Tip sheet back and forth to cover surface. Drain off excess, leaving a thin film. Bake at 350F for 15 minutes. Break into bite size pieces.
