Title:   Coco Rizo Cooler

1 c cooked brown or white rice
1/2 c light coconut milk
4 c water
2 T agave syrup
1/2 t sea salt
1/2 t coconut extract
2 T chia seeds
Directions:   Place the rice, coconut milk, water, agave, salt and coconut extract in a blender and blend on high for 1 to 2 minutes, until completely smooth. Add the chia seeds and shake. This mixture can be poured into a water bottled for a refreshing drink before, during, or after exercise.
Makes:   Five 8-ounce servings
