1/4 t pure vanilla extract
Scant 1/16 t sea salt
Sweetener - 1 stevia packet or 1 T sugar
1 c almond milk or canned coconut milk
1 - 2 T coconut butter - or 1/4 t butter extract

| Directions: | Mix the ingredients together in 1 or 2 shallow plastic containers or an ice cube tray. Freeze. Once frozen, pop the blocks out of the container and thaw for 30 seconds in the microwave, then blend in your blender. |
