Title:   Red Velvet Sorbet

4 large ripe bananas- frozen at least 12 hours
10 oz. frozen raspberries
2 T natural, nonalkalized cocoa powder
4 to 5 pitted dates- chopped
Directions:   Blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender until creamy. Refreeze briefly (3 to 5 minutes). If desired, top with Pecan Cream. To make Pecan Cream, blend 2/3 c pecans; 1/2 c soy, hemp, or almond milk; and 4 or 5 pitted dates in a high-powered blender.
