Title:   Banana Walnut Ice Cream

From:   Nutritarian Cookbook
2 ripe bananas- frozen at least 12 hours
1/3 c vanilla soy, hemp, or almond milk
2 T chopped walnuts
1/2 t vanilla extract or 1 vanilla bean- split lengthwise and scrape inner gel-like lining from the bean using a dull knife
Directions:   Blend all ingredients together in a high-powered blender until smooth and creamy.
Makes:   2 servings
