Title:   Berry 'Yogurt'
Category:   Dessert - Clean (Only natural/organic ingredients), Vegetarian
From:   Nutritarian Cookbook
2 c blueberries, blackberries, or strawberries- fresh or frozen
3/4 c soy, almond, or hemp milk
2 T ground flax or chia seeds
4 dates- pitted
Directions:   Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. Chill before serving.
Makes:   2 servings
