Title:   Pineapple Strawbana Pie

1 c almonds
1 c walnuts
1/3 c pitted dates
1 apple- cored, peeled, and cut in chunks
5 bananas- 3 sliced and 2 frozen at least 12 hours
3 kiwis- sliced
1/2 fresh pineapple- chopped
6 oz. frozen strawberries- slightly thawed and sliced
1/2 c soy, hemp, or almond milk
Directions:   Make the pie shell by placing the nuts and dates in a food processor and chopping well. Add apple and process until a fine texture. Press into a pie plate to shape a crust.

For the pie filling, place the sliced bananas on the crust, pressing slightly. Place kiwis and pineapple on top of bananas.

Add frozen bananas, strawberries, and soy milk to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour over fruit, cover, and freeze for at least 2 hours before serving. Remove from freezer before serving to allow the pie to thaw slightly.
