Title:   Cara's Apple Strudel

1/2 c vanilla soy, hemp or almond milk
3/4 t vanilla extract
1 t cinnamon
3 apples- peeled, cored, and chopped
1/4 c raisins- chopped
1/2 c old-fashioned rolled oats
1/4 c ground raw walnuts
2 T ground flax seeds
Directions:   Preheat the oven to 350F. In a bowl, mix the milk, vanilla, and cinnamon until combined. Stir in the chopped apples, raisins, oats, ground walnuts and flax seeds. Pour into an 8x8-inch baking dish. Bake uncovered for 1 hour.
Makes:   4 servings
