Title:   Nutritarian 'Parmesan'
Category:   Sauces & Gravies - Clean (Only natural/organic ingredients), Vegetarian
From:   Nutritarian Cookbook
1/2 c raw almonds (or walnuts or pine nuts)
1/2 c nutritional yeast
Directions:   Pulse in a food processor until the texture of grated Parmesan is achieved. Place in an airtight container and refrigerate. Keeps indefinitely.
