Title:   Brussels Sprouts with Orange and Walnuts

Ingredients:  
1 lb. brussels sprouts
1/2 c freshly squeezed orange juice
1/4 c walnuts
1 t organic orange zest
Freshly ground pepper to taste
Directions:   Place brussels sprouts in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover and steam about 20 minutes or until tender.

Place steamed brussels sprouts and orange juice in a large skillet, bring to a simmer, and cook for 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Toast walnuts in a small skillet over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes until lightly toasted. Add toasted walnuts and grated orange peel and gently toss. Season with pepper.
Makes:   4 servings
