Title:   Blueberry Blast Sauce

From:   Nutritarian Cookbook
2 T chopped shallots
1/2 t chopped garlic
2 c blueberries- fresh or frozen
2 T Dr. Fuhrman's Wild Blueberry Vinegar
1/4 t thyme
1/2 c chopped walnuts
Directions:   Heat 2 T of water in a skillet and water-saute shallots and garlic until tender. Add blueberries and cook until soft, about 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. While cooking, partially break up the blueberries with a spoon.

Stir in vinegar and thyme and simmer until mixture has a saucy consistency, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add chopped walnuts.

Delicious served with steamed asparagus, brussels sprouts, or cabbage.
