Title:   Fresh Tomato Salsa
Category:   Sauces & Gravies - Clean (Only natural/organic ingredients), Vegetarian
From:   Nutritarian Cookbook
2 fresh tomatoes- chopped
1 small red onion- minced
2 scallions- minced
1 clove garlic- minced
1/2 jalapeno pepper- seeded and minced
3 T chopped cilantro
3 T fresh lime or lemon juice
Directions:   In a mixing bowl, stir together all ingredients. Serve immediately or refrigerate in a tightly covered container for up to 3 days.
Makes:   2 cups
