Title:   Black Bean and Corn Salsa

1 1/2 c cooked black beans or 1 can (15 oz.) no-salt-added or low-sodium black beans- drained
1 1/2 c frozen corn- thawed
4 medium fresh tomatoes- chopped
1/2 medium green bell pepper- chopped
1 small onion- chopped
3 large garlic cloves- chopped
2 jalapeno peppers- seeded and chopped- or to taste
1/4 c chopped cilantro
2 T fresh lime juice
1/2 t ground cumin
1 t garlic powder- or to taste
Directions:   Combine beans and corn in a mixing bowl. Place fresh tomatoes, pepper, onion, garlic and jalapenos in a food processor and pulse until chopped into small pieces. Add to bean/corn mixture along with remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Serve with raw vegetables or healthy tortilla chips.
