Title:   Ginger Almond Dressing
Category:   Sauces & Gravies - Clean (Only natural/organic ingredients), Vegetarian

Ingredients:  
1/2 c raw almonds or 1/4 c raw almond butter
1/4 c unsweetened soy, hemp or almond milk
1/4 c water
3 T unhulled sesame seeds
3 dates- pitted
2 cloves garlic
1/2-inch piece fresh ginger- peeled and chopped
Directions:   Blend all ingredients together in a high-powered blender until creamy. Add more water if a thinner dressing is desired.
Makes:   3 servings
