Title:   Almond Balsamic Vinaigrette

6 cloves garlic- unpeeled
1/2 c water
1/3 c balsamic vinegar
1/4 c raw almonds or 1/8 c raw almond butter
1/4 c raisins
1 t dried oregano
1/2 t dried basil
1/2 t onion powder
Directions:   Preheat the oven to 350F. Roast unpeeled garlic in a small baking dish for about 25 minutes or until soft. When cool, remove the skins.

Blend the roasted garlic with the remaining ingredients in a food processor or high-powered blender.
Makes:   6 servings
