Title:   No-Bake Pumpkin Cheesecake Mousse
Category:   Dessert - Clean (Only natural/organic ingredients), Vegetarian
From:   Eat Clean Diet
1 pckg. (12.3 oz.) Silken firm tofu- drained
1 c Yogurt Cheese [overnight draining on cheesecloth]
1 c unsweetened pumpkin puree
1 T fresh lemon juice
2 T honey
1/2 t unsulfured blackstrap molasses
1 t real vanilla
1/4 t ground cinnamon
1/8 t freshly grated nutmeg
1/8 t pinch ground cloves
1/8 t pinch powdered ginger
Directions:   Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until combined and very smooth. Chill for one hour before serving.
Makes:   4 servings
