Title:   Immune Protection in a Cup

From:   Eat Clean Diet
1 c coconut water
Pinch cardamom
Pinch cayenne pepper
1/4 t fennel seeds
1 clove garlic
Pinch ground ginger
1/4 t mustard seed
Handful fresh mint leaves
1 T fresh oregano
1 T raw honey
Directions:   Blend all ingredients and serve to help with stomach aches, bloat, vomiting, nausea or runny nose.
Makes:   1 serving
