Title:   Oatmeal Meal Replacement Shake

From:   Eat Clean Diet
1/2 c cooked oatmealt
1 scoop vanilla soy protein powder
1/8 t cinnamon
1/4 t agave nectar
1 T chopped almonds or natural nut butter
3/4 c almond milk
Directions:   Place all ingredients in a blender and blend to desired consistency. Drink your meal!
