Title:   Ultra Chocolate Oatmeal Shake

1/2 c precooked plain oatmeal
1 scoop chocolate soy protein powder
1/2 c skim or almond milk
Directions:   Process all of the ingredients in a blender until mixed thoroughly and serve.
