Title:   Yummy Banana Soy Shake

Ingredients:  
1 banana
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 T almond butter
1 T wheat germ
1/2 c skim or almond milk
Directions:   Process all ingredients in a blender until mixed thoroughly and serve.
Makes:   1 serving
