Title:   Banana Peanut Butter Refrigerated Oatmeal *****

1/4 c uncooked old fashioned rolled oats
1/3 c milk [soy, rice, or not]
1 1/2 t dried chia seeds
1 T peanut butter
1 t honey- optional
1/4 c diced ripe banana- approx. 1/2 small banana
Directions:   In a half pint jar, add oats, milk, chia seeds, peanut butter and honey. Put lid on jar and shake until well combined. Remove lid, add bananas and stir until mixed throughout. Return lid to jar and refrigerate overnight or up to 2 days. Eat chilled.
