Title:   Crockpot Fried Rice

2 c leftover rice
3 T vegan margarine
2 T soy sauce
1/2 t black pepper
1/4 t sea salt
1/2 diced yellow onion
1 c frozen or fresh vegetables- diced
1 egg
Directions:   Put everything in the crockpot together. Mix it around, and cook on high for 2 to 3 hours or on low for 3 to 4 hours.
Makes:   4-5 servings
