1 head cauliflower- cut into florets
1 T oil or butter
Sea salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c hot sauce- such as Franks Red Hot
1 T butter- melted- optional
|Directions:||Toss the cauliflower florets in the oil, salt and pepper and arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast in a preheated 400F oven until lightly golden brown, about 20 to 30 minutes.
Toss cauliflower in a mixture of the hot sauce and butter and enjoy warm with ranch dressing for dipping, if desired.
