12 oz. lite mori-nu tofu- extra firm- or silken
1 c milk (soy, rice or almond)
3 T pure maple syrup
|Directions:||Combine all ingredients in a blender and whiz until smooth. Transfer mixture to an ice cream machine and allow the machine to run until ice cream has formed, about 30 minutes. Serve immediately.
Strawberry: reduce syrup to 1/4 c and add 18 frozen strawberries.
Cookie Dough: add 1 1/2 t vanilla, vegan chocolate chips and a whole wheat graham cracker.
Chocolate: add pinch cinnamon and 3 T vegan chocolate syrup.
