Title:   Single Serving Blueberry Muffin
Category:   Breakfast - Clean (Only natural/organic ingredients), Vegetarian
3 T whole wheat pastry flour
1 T raw sugar or sweetener
1 T agave nectar
1 T milk (soy, rice or almond)
1/4 t baking powder
1 1/2 T frozen blueberries- rinsed
1/4 t lemon extract
Directions:   Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a single muffin cup (or use a Reynolds tinfoil liner) and set aside. Add all ingredients in order to a small mixing bowl, then stir until completely combined. Transfer to muffin cup and bake 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
