Title:   Double Chocolate Muffins
Category:   Dessert - Clean (Only natural/organic ingredients), Vegetarian
1 c whole wheat pastry flour
2 T unsweetened cocoa
1 t baking powder
1/8 t sea salt
2 1/2 T unsweetened applesauce
1/4 c raw sugar or sweetener
1/2 c chocolate non-dairy milk
1/4 t vanilla extract
1/2 c vegan chocolate chips
Directions:   Preheat oven 375 F. Spray paper cups with cooking spray, place into a muffin tin and set aside. In a large bowl, whisk applesauce, vanilla and non-dairy milk together. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and cocoa together. Pour dry mix into wet mix in 2-3 batches, stirring to combine. Once combined, gently stir in chocolate chips. Spoon batter into cups and bake 15-20 minutes.
