Title:   Chocolate Syrup
Category:   Sauces & Gravies - Clean (Only natural/organic ingredients), Vegetarian
1/4 c unsweetened cocoa
1/4 c water
2 T agave nectar
1 T water
1 T cornstarch
Directions:   Combine cornstarch with 2 tbsp of water and set aside. Whisk cocoa and water together, then stir in agave and cornstarch mixture. Gently bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently until the sauce thickens to desired consistency. Add more agave if necessary. If it becomes too thick, thin it out with a little non-dairy milk.
