Title:   Soy-Free Mac 'n Cheese
Category:   Main Dishes - Clean (Only natural/organic ingredients), Vegetarian
1 1/4 c whole wheat pasta
1 1/4 c milk (soy, rice or milk)
1/3 c nutritional yeast
2 T yellow miso paste
2 T cornstarch
1 t onion powder
1 t garlic powder
1/2 t paprika
1/4 t turmeric
Directions:   Cook pasta according to directions, immediately drain, rinse with cold water and set aside. Whisk all remaining ingredients together in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a near boil and turn heat down to low. Stirring occasionally, allow the sauce to thicken up. Combine with macaroni, stirring to coat. Garnish with smoked paprika if desired.
