Ingredients: |
1/4 c whole wheat pastry flour
1 T plus 1 t applesauce
1/16 t sea salt
1 T shredded carrots
1 T water or milk
1/4 t vanilla extract
1 t cinnamon
1 t baking powder
Sweetener- 1 packet stevia, 2 t raw sugar, etc.

Directions: | Combine all dry ingredients, then mix in liquid (including applesauce, if using). Transfer to a muffin tin, ramekin, or even a mini loaf pan. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 325F, for 12-15 minutes. |
