Title:   Clean Eating Hummus
Category:   Sauces & Gravies - Clean (Only natural/organic ingredients), Vegetarian
2 cans (15 oz.) chickpeas
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 c tahini
1/2 t sea salt
1 to 2 clove fresh garlic
Directions:   Place all ingredients in your food processor and blend until smooth. If it is too thick, add either more lemon juice, or a little water to loosen it up a bit.
Makes:   3 cups
