2 t oil
2 green onions- chopped
1 c firm tofu- crumbled
1/4 t turmeric- or enough to give it a nice yellow color
1/4 t garlic powder
1/8 t ground cumin
1/8 t black pepper
1 t soy sauce
|Directions:||Heat the oil in a skillet and saute the green onions for 3 minutes, then add remaining ingredients and cook 3 to 5 minutes longer.
You can also add other vegetables, such as sliced mushrooms, celery, diced zucchini, or grated carrot- sauce them with the green onions.
