Title:   Sugar and Spice Blackberry Jam

4 c fresh or frozen blackberries- thawed
1/2 c lemon juice
1/2 c natural sugar substitute
1 1/2 t grated lemon peel
1/4 t cinnamon
Directions:   In a heavy 4-quart pan, combine berries and lemon juice. Mash berries slightly, if desired. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring often. Stir in sugar, lemon peel and cinnamon. Return to a boil, stirring to dissolve sugar substitute. Reduce heat to medium and boil gently for about 15 minutes. Stir often. Remove from heat and stir jam. Put jam into any container you have available and refrigerate. 1T = 15 calories
