4 c watermelon flesh- seeds removed
1/2 t lemon zest
2 T lemon juice
1 T agave nectar
|Directions:||Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Puree until mostly smooth. Transfer the mixture to a shallow bowl or pan and cover it. Place the blend directly in the freezer.
About once an hour, use a fork to break frozen chunks into a fluffy snow. Repeat until entirely frozen, about 4 hours. Serve immediately.
