1 c almonds- slivered and blanched
1 c clean bread crumbs- preferably whole wheat
1 c what germ- unsweetened
1 t sea salt
Directions:   Pulse almonds in a food processor. Don't let food processor run continually, or you'll end up with nut butter. Pour ground almonds into a plastic bag, and then add bread crumbs, wheat germ and salt. Seal and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
Makes:   2 1/2 cups
