Title:   Vegetable Mashed Potatoes

4 medium size white creamer potatoes- cooked and mashed
1/2 c well-cooked cauliflower, mashed
1/4 c nonfat milk (or soy, rice, nut milk)
Sea salt and pepper to taste
2 T clean bread crumbs
1 t romano cheese
Directions:   Combine mashed potatoes with mashed cauliflower and milk. Add small amount of salt and pepper. Place in oven-safe bowl. Combine cheese with breadcrumbs and sprinkle on top of potatoes. Bake at 350F until lightly browned.
Makes:   4 to 6 servings
