Ingredients:  
2 T fresh organic lemon juice
2 T grade B maple syrup
Cayenne to taste
10 oz. filtered water
Directions:   Mix lemon juice, syrup, cayenne and water, and drink as often as you want throughout the day, along with additional filtered water. You can stay on this cleanser for as long as you like; the average is 1 to 10 days.
