Title:   Fresh Peach Crisp

5 to 6 fresh peaches- or frozen
1 T cornstarch
1 T raw sugar or other sweetener
1 T lemon juice
1 1/4 c Grape Nuts cereal
1 1/2 c rolled oats
1/2 c Corn Butter [see recipe]
1/2 c pure maple syrup
1/2 t cinnamon
1 t vanilla
Directions:   Peel and slice enough peaches to make 6 cups. toss with cornstarch and sugar, then spread in a 9x9-inch baking dish and drizzle with the lemon juice. Preheat oven to 350F. Mix the remaining ingredients and spread evenly over the peaches. Bake until topping is golden brown, about 25 minutes.
Makes:   6 to 9 servings
