Title:   Carrots in Orange Sauce

2 large carrots
3/4 c clean orange juice
1 1/2 t cornstarch
1 T apple juice concentrate
1 t reduced-sodium soy sauce
1/4 t dill weed
Directions:   Scrub the carrots and cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices. You should have 2 to 3 cups. Steam until just tender. Combine the remaining ingredients in a saucepan, whisk smooth, then bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring constantly. Cook until sauce is clear and slightly thickened. Add carrots and heat through. serve hot or cold.
Makes:   about 3 cups
