Title:   Pasta Salad ****

4 oz. pasta spirals (2 cups uncooked pasta)
6 sundried tomatoes
1/2 c finely chopped green onion
1/2 red bell pepper- diced
1 can (15 oz.) artichoke hearts- drained and quartered
1/4 c finely chopped fresh parsley
1/4 c chopped fresh basil
1 can (15 oz.) kidney beans- drained
1 c fat-free Italian salad dressing
Directions:   Cook the pasta in boiling water until it is just tender. Rinse with cold water, drain and place in a large bowl. Soften the tomatoes by soaking them in 1/2 c boiling water for 10 to 15 minutes. Drain and chop. Add to the pasta along with the remaining ingredients. Toss to mix.
Makes:   about 8 cups
