1/2 c unhulled sesame seeds
1/2 t sea salt
|Directions:||Toast the sesame seeds in a dry skillet over medium heat, stirring constantly until the seeds begin to pop and brown slightly, about 5 minutes. Transfer to a blender, add the salt and grind into a fine powder.
Sesame salt is a delicious seasoning for steamed vegetables, cooked grains and legumes.
