Title:   Pineapple Apricot Sauce

1 c water
1 c apple juice concentrate
1 1/2 t agar powder
1 c apricots- fresh, frozen or canned
1 c crushed pineapple
1/4 t ginger
Directions:   Combine the water, apple juice concentrate, and agar powder in a saucepan and let stand 5 minutes. Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally, and cook 3 minutes. Coarsely chop the apricots and add them, along with the pineapple and ginger. Stir to mix. Chill.
Makes:   about 3 cups
