| Ingredients: |
1 c water
1 c apple juice concentrate
1 1/2 t agar powder
2 c strawberries- fresh or frozen
1/4 t cinnamon

| Directions: | Combine the water, apple juice concentrate and agar powder in a saucepan and let stand 5 minutes. Blend 1 cup of the strawberries in a food processor or blender until fairly smooth and add to the apple juice. Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally, and cook 3 minutes. Coarsely chop the remaining berries and add them, with the cinnamon, to the sauce. Stir to mix. Chill. |
