Title:   Spicy Green Beans

1 lb. green beans
1 onion
2 t olive oil based margarine
1 t whole wheat pastry flour
1 t oregano
1/4 t garlic powder
1 can (16 oz.) tomatoes
Directions:   Cook beans until crisp-tender. Chop onion and cook in margarine until soft. Add flour, oregano and garlic powder to onions. Cook for 1 minute. Add liquid from the tomatoes to the onion mixture. Add chopped tomatoes mixture to beans. Cook over low heat until heated through.
