Ingredients: |
1 1/2 c (about 12 oz.) firm silken tofu
3/4 c pure maple syrup
2/3 c natural almond or cashew butter
1/2 c unsweetened cocoa or carob powder
1 T vanilla extract

Directions: | Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth and creamy. Store any unused frosting in the refrigerator. |
