Ingredients: |
1 t olive oil
1/2 t crushed garlic
2 medium zucchini- sliced on diagonal
1 to 2 t dried basil
Sea salt and pepper

Directions: | Heat oil in a large skillet. When hot add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Stir in zucchini, basil, salt and pepper. Cover and cook, stirring once or twice, for 5 minutes. Uncover and cook until zucchini is fork-tender. |
