Title:   Single-Serving Brownie *****
Category:   Dessert - Clean (Only natural/organic ingredients), Vegetarian
2 T whole wheat pastry flour
1 T vegan chocolate chips
1 T light brown sugar
1 T unsweetened cocoa
1 T agave nectar
1 T unsweetened applesauce
1 t non-dairy milk
1/4 t baking powder
1/4 t vanilla extract
Directions:   Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a single muffin cup and set aside. Mix flour, chocolate chips, sugar, cocoa and a light dash of cinnamon together. Stir in agave, applesauce, non-dairy milk and a drop or two of vanilla extract until combined. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Makes:   1 brownie
