Title:   No-Naise Dressing

1 1/2 c (about 12 oz.) firm silken tofu- crumbled
3 T fresh lemon juice
2 t dijon mustard- optional
1/2 t sea salt
1/4 t dry mustard
2 T organic canola oil or extra-virgin olive oil
Directions:   Place all ingredients, except oil, in blender or food processor and process until smooth and creamy. With appliance running, drizzle in the oil in a slow, steady stream through the opening in the lid. Store in refrigerate. Will keep for 7 to 10 days.
Makes:   1 1/2 cups
